THE GARDENS OF AMBROSIUS

“The Gardens of Ambrosius” recreate medieval monastic gardens, highlighting the central role of plants in the daily life of monks. They offer a self-guided interactive route and host cultural and educational activities such as courses, workshops, and seminars dedicated to the history and use of plants. For schools, themed workshops are available, ranging from herbalism and dyeing to ink production and the everyday use of food and fiber plants.
